New to CrossFit?
If you are new to CrossFit you will need to participate in the fundamentals course – don’t worry it’s fun, not a test! The fundamentals course consists of 3 sessions of 40 to 60 minutes in duration where you will be taught the basic movements, partake in a WOD (Workout Of the Day) and have a general introduction to the CrossFit methodology. - Get in contact, come along for a chat or try a free taster session (lasting approx. 45 minutes)
- Enrol on the fundamentals course
- Start to participate in WOD!

An Experienced CrossFit athlete?
Unlimited (access to ALL classes and open gym anytime*)
Young Adult (16-18yrs) £36 per month
Adult (19yrs +) £60 per month
Couples (two adults at same address) £108 per month
Open Gym (access to gym anytime* and a surcharge of £5 will apply to attend a class)
Young Adult (16-18yrs) £22 per month
Adult (19yrs +) £36 per month
Couples (two adults at same address) £65 per month
*please bear in mind that classes will take priority
10 Session Stamp Card £65
(1 session = 1 class – Mobility or WOD, or 1 Open Gym day)
The card has a 3 month expiry and commences the day of your first session.
